Team Academic Nomination Form

Please fill out the form below to submit your team for the Team Academic Awards. Here are a couple items to note when nominating players for the Team Academic Award:

The deadline for submitting Team Academic Awards is 11:59 pm on Monday, October 21. Submissions made after this deadline will not be accepted. No exceptions.
Team GPA's are calculated using the 10 highest cumulative and non-weighted GPA's on the section playoff roster.
- GPA's above 4.00 will NOT be honored. Only non-weighted GPA's will be considered.
Grades of players in 7th, 8th, or 9th grade may not be submitted.
Teams with an average cumulative GPA of 3.75-4.00 will receive the Gold Academic Award. Teams with an average cumulative GPA of 3.50-3.74 will receive the Silver Academic Award.
You must be a member of the MNVBCA in order for your player(s) to be considered for All-State honors. The button below will take you to the MSHSCA membership site (the MSHSCA is the parent organization of the MNVBCA).
