- Times: 12:00-8:00pm Wednesday; 9:00am-3:00pm Thursday
- Cost: $150 per coach; $100 for Wednesday-only or Thursday-only registration ($5 service charge for credit card payments)
- The clinic schedule will be posted on this page as soon as it is completed
- Wednesday post-clinic social and Thursday lunch provided with registration
