Position Overview
The Head Girls Volleyball Coach is responsible for all aspects of the volleyball program, including program leadership, player development, staff supervision, and fostering a positive, competitive culture aligned with Pine Creek High School’s values.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a competitive varsity volleyball program at the highest classification level
Build and sustain a strong feeder and developmental pipeline
Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive team culture
Develop athletes both on and off the court through mentorship and leadership
Hire, mentor, and supervise assistant coaches
Collaborate effectively with athletic administration, staff, parents, and the community
Ensure compliance with CHSAA and district policies
Promote academic success, sportsmanship, and integrity
Desired Qualifications
Successful high school, club, or collegiate coaching experience preferred
Strong knowledge of volleyball strategy, skill development, and program building
Proven ability to motivate and connect with student-athletes
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Commitment to fostering a championship mindset and long-term program growth

About Us
Eastview Lightning Volleyball is a community-based program in Apple Valley, MN dedicated to developing young athletes through skill-building, teamwork, and competition. We are looking for passionate coaches to lead teams for the Winter JO (Junior Olympic) season, November–April.
Position Summary
We are seeking Head Coaches for teams ages 12U–16U. This is a paid position with training and ongoing support provided. Coaches will lead practices, tournaments, and mentor athletes in a positive, encouraging environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead 2 practices per week (with coaching resources provided).
Coach athletes during weekend tournaments.
Create a positive, supportive team culture for players ages 11–16.
Teach volleyball fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Communicate with players, parents, and club directors.
Qualifications
Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred (all levels considered).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Passion for working with youth athletes.
Ability to commit to the Winter JO season schedule (Nov–April).
