Pine Creek High School, a premier 9–12 public high school in Colorado Springs with an enrollment of over 1,900 students, is seeking an outstanding Head Girls Volleyball Coach to lead one of the state’s most competitive programs. Position Overview
The Head Girls Volleyball Coach is responsible for all aspects of the volleyball program, including program leadership, player development, staff supervision, and fostering a positive, competitive culture aligned with Pine Creek High School’s values. 

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a competitive varsity volleyball program at the highest classification level
Build and sustain a strong feeder and developmental pipeline
Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive team culture
Develop athletes both on and off the court through mentorship and leadership
Hire, mentor, and supervise assistant coaches
Collaborate effectively with athletic administration, staff, parents, and the community
Ensure compliance with CHSAA and district policies
Promote academic success, sportsmanship, and integrity

Desired Qualifications
Successful high school, club, or collegiate coaching experience preferred
Strong knowledge of volleyball strategy, skill development, and program building
Proven ability to motivate and connect with student-athletes
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Commitment to fostering a championship mindset and long-term program growth

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proven quality educator who has demonstrated success as a teacher/coach.
2. Proven purpose based educator with a focus on Eastview’s Guiding Principles and Core Values
3. Successful coaching experience with high school aged student-athletes.
4. Proven technical and instructional expertise in volleyball skills.
5. Proven skills in organizing individual/team sports including working successfully with young adults, parents, and school administration.
6. Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide positive leadership and productive partnerships with families, the community and associated programs
7. Ability to develop training programs individualized to the needs and experience of a diverse group of athletes ranging from beginning athletes new to the sport to those with extensive training experience.
8. Proven skills in developing effective and differentiated practice plans.
9. Proven successful ability in working with and developing a coaching staff.
10. Committed to working with the area youth association and maintain great relationships with them.
11. Understanding of adolescent development and an ability to communicate effectively with and support young adult athletes.
12. Desire to participate in continuing coaching education and hold current coaching licensure or certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide leadership for the entire Eastview Volleyball Program at all levels of play.
2. Develop relationships with all stakeholders to better develop life skills in all members of the program
3. Organization and implementation of team practices.
4. Partner with the Training Haus to implement strength and conditioning program for in-season training and out-of-season training.
5. pen communication with parents.
6. Open communication with athletic director.
7. Athlete development and program promotion.
8. Instruction of athletes in fundamentals and techniques.
9. Program support for student-athletes for academic progress and commitment to athletic improvement.
10. Management of program budget.
