All-State Watch List Nomination Form

Please fill out the form linked below to place your player on the All-State Watch List. Here are a couple items to note when nominating players for the All-State Watch List:
  • The recommended deadline for filling out the form is September 1. Players nominated after September 1 are still eligible for All-State, but it is not guaranteed that they will be observed by a member of the committee.
  • You may nominate a maximum of five players for the Watch List. At the end of the season, you will be allowed to submit statistics for any player on your roster. Remember that you are nominating players to be considered for one of the top 22 players in the state in your class.
  • You must be a member of the MNVBCA in order for your player(s) to be considered for All-State honors. The button below will take you to the MSHSCA membership site (the MSHSCA is the parent organization of the MNVBCA).
  • Be sure to read through the Statistical Definitions and Guidelines page to ensure that stats are being kept properly throughout the season. Players with incomplete or outlandish stats may be at a disadvantage during the All-State selection process.
