The most important reason to switch to a system with more classes would be (regardless of your answer to the previous question):

I want more teams to experience the state tournament
The current discrepancy between the number of games each class has to play in order to get qualify for the State tournament (some AAA schools have to win three matches to get to state, while some A schools have to win six)
Consistency across the state with other girls’ sports (ie basketball and softball both have 4 classes)
Discrepancy between the enrollment between schools in each respective class
